Case Critiques
This page is for various cases that I find interesting for some reason. For State cases, I will try to post a link directly to the docket. For Federal cases, I will try to post the RECAP link straight into the docket. I typically will no critique cases where the docket is tough to get into. If I do a critique video, I will link to the video as well.

Venue: State - Hillsborough County, Florida
Subject: Various cases of Yuri kicking ass

You have to go to https://hover.hillsclerk.com/html/case/caseSummary.html then search by “Party or Business Name” then type “Yuri” in the first name and “Couto” for the last name. Then all four of his cases will pop up. There is no simpler way to access the docket. Then once inside the case, you can see the docket by clicking the magnifying glass with the plus symbol then clicking the “Events” tab to see the docket items and you can click the image button on the right hand side to see each individual docket item. It’s free to view this case and download the docket items without having a login or typing in any financial information, such as a credit card.

I will most likely do a video covering these cases, eventually. I haven’t even finished reading everything. The two AMEX cases are the ones I want to focus on.

This is a really interesting situation where she used a silver coin bond to discharge this case. I’ll most likely do a video on this case at some point.
